These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the 52jl Casino platform — including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonus participation, game access, and all related services available at 52jl.asia. Please read this document carefully before registering or using any 52jl service.

By registering an account or using the Platform in any capacity, you enter into a binding agreement with 52jl subject to these Terms. Strict 21+ Age Requirement. In accordance with Philippine gaming law and PAGCOR regulations, all players must be a minimum of 21 years of age to register and use the 52jl platform. Providing false information about your age constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
To be eligible to register and use the 52jl platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:
52jl reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age when requested will result in account suspension until verification is completed.
Each player is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) active account on the 52jl platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts will be closed, and any balances held across duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your legal full name, Philippine mobile number, and date of birth. You are obligated to promptly update your account information if any details change. 52jl shall not be responsible for consequences arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player, including delays in processing withdrawals due to name mismatches with payment accounts.
Your account credentials — including your username and password — are personal to you. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity conducted through your account. You must notify 52jl immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. 52jl will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access where the player has not taken reasonable steps to secure their credentials.
All 52jl accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. 52jl reserves the right to adjust exchange rate policies and will communicate any material changes in advance.
52jl is required to apply Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures consistent with applicable Philippine regulations. As part of these procedures, 52jl may request identity verification documentation at any stage of your account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when account activity triggers a review threshold.

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until required KYC documentation has been submitted and approved. Processing times for KYC review are typically 1–3 business days but may extend in cases requiring additional verification steps.
52jl accepts deposits via the following methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI Online, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven (over-the-counter), and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. Available deposit methods may vary based on account verification status, geographic location, and operational availability at the time of the transaction.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit, however large deposits may trigger additional KYC review requirements in accordance with 52jl's AML policy.
GCash and Maya deposits are credited to your 52jl wallet in real time upon successful payment confirmation. Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank) are typically credited within 15–30 minutes during standard banking hours but may be delayed during non-banking hours, public holidays, or periods of high transaction volume. 52jl is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking infrastructure.
By depositing funds, you authorize 52jl to hold those funds in your platform wallet for the purpose of gaming on the 52jl platform. Deposited funds are player funds and will not be used for 52jl operational expenses. 52jl maintains internal segregation of player funds from operational accounts.
52jl reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit that is suspected to be fraudulent, made using unauthorized payment methods, or associated with activity that violates these Terms. In such cases, 52jl will endeavor to return funds to the original source where technically feasible.
Withdrawal requests may only be made to payment methods registered in the same name as the 52jl account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. Players must have completed the applicable KYC verification requirements before withdrawals will be processed.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 per request. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
Standard withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya are typically processed within 30 minutes to 2 hours of submission during operational hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule. Withdrawals flagged for additional review may take longer; the player will be notified via the contact details on their account.
Funds derived from bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable bonus terms. Bonus funds that have not met the stated wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal and will be removed from a player's balance upon withdrawal request.

General Principle: All bonuses, free spins, reload offers, and tournament entry credits offered by 52jl are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, time limits, game eligibility restrictions, and maximum withdrawal limits. Bonus credits and associated winnings are subject to a wagering requirement (also referred to as "rollover" or "turnover" requirements) that must be met before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in that promotion's specific terms. Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement for 52jl bonuses is 15x the bonus amount.

All bonuses are subject to an expiry date or period, as stated in the applicable promotion terms. Bonuses and any associated winnings that have not been claimed or whose wagering requirements have not been completed by the expiry date will be removed from the player's balance without compensation.
52jl operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse, including but not limited to: the use of multiple accounts to claim a single promotion; the use of low-risk or mathematical hedging strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk; and the provision of false information to qualify for a promotion. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse are subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-related balances.

These systems are independently tested and certified to ensure statistically random and fair outcomes. 52jl does not influence, modify, or interfere with the outcome of any game provided by third-party game suppliers.
Live dealer games are conducted in professional studio environments by third-party live game providers. Dealing is performed by trained human dealers using physical cards, dice, and roulette wheels. In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game — including disconnection, software error, or studio equipment failure — any affected round may be declared void and stakes returned to the player. 52jl is not liable for winnings claimed as a result of a technical malfunction and reserves the right to void such results. All game malfunction decisions are final upon review by 52jl's technical team.
Players who wish to dispute a game result must raise the dispute within 72 hours of the session in which the result occurred. Disputes submitted after this period may not be investigated. All dispute investigations are conducted by reference to 52jl's server-side session records, which constitute the authoritative record of all game activity.
The following activities are expressly prohibited on the 52jl platform and will result in immediate account suspension, closure, and potential forfeiture of balances and winnings:

During a self-exclusion period, 52jl will not send promotional communications to the excluded player and will decline any attempts to open a new account. Self-exclusion is not reversible during the stated period.

52jl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) these Terms have been violated; (b) fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity has occurred; (c) the player is no longer eligible to use the Platform; or (d) the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players.
Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting 52jl support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and any balance subject to investigation) will be returned to the player's verified withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. 52jl will attempt to notify the player via their registered contact details before applying a dormancy administration fee. Dormancy fees will not reduce a verified player's balance below zero. Players may reactivate dormant accounts by contacting support and completing any required re-verification.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 52jl's total aggregate liability to any player for all claims arising from or related to the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12-month period preceding the claim, capped at ₱100,000.

All content on the 52jl platform — including the 52jl brand name, logo, game software, graphics, audio, text, interface design, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 52jl or its licensed content suppliers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works based on any 52jl intellectual property without prior written consent.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to ongoing compliance with these Terms.
52jl's collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal information is governed by the 52jl Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
52jl handles all player personal data in accordance with the Republic Act 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines and its implementing rules and regulations. These Terms and any dispute, claim, or matter arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
These Terms are issued in English. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
52jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — affecting player rights, deposit or withdrawal terms, or bonus conditions — 52jl will provide notice of the changes via the Platform's notification system or by email to the player's registered contact details, no less than 7 days before the changes take effect.
Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.2.
